Russell Gleghorn, a 38-year-old man from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, was found dead behind a building in Sumter, South Carolina, on October 4, 2020. Gleghorn had been on a motorcycle trip that culminated in a party at Union Hall in Sumter. His body was discovered by individuals cleaning up after the event. According to the Sumter County Sheriff's Office, Gleghorn had been shot to death.
