In the early hours of a Sunday morning in October 2020, the body of Russell Eugene Gleghorn was discovered behind a building on Old Pocalla Road in Sumter, South Carolina. The 38-year-old man from Hilton Head Island had been fatally shot. An autopsy was scheduled to determine the precise cause of death. Gleghorn, a male, was in the Sumter area to attend a biker party.
