Timothy Isaiah Barnett, a 13-year-old honors student at Alice Drive Middle School in Sumter, South Carolina, tragically died on April 6, 2023, at his home. Born in Landstuhl, Germany, Timothy was the son of Elizabeth Fillmore Hauptman and Jamie Cliff Barnett.
