Dylan Twitty, a 10-year-old boy from Lancaster, South Carolina, tragically died on November 15, 2019. Dylan was a fifth-grade student at Erwin Elementary School, known for his academic excellence and perfect attendance. On that fateful day, Dylan was playing with a friend at a mobile home park on Coastal Way after school.
