Jaquavious Neely, a 19-year-old resident of Rock Hill, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2019, in Lancaster, South Carolina. Neely was found shot around 3:15 p.m. on Carmel Road and was subsequently taken to a hospital in Lancaster, where he was pronounced dead. The incident occurred while Neely was on the porch of a house, and it was reported that a black Nissan Altima was involved in the crime.
