In the early hours of September 12, 2020, events unfolded at the Fair Oaks apartments on Lindsay Road in Seneca, South Carolina, that would end the life of 35-year-old Charles Antonio Clark. Shortly after 2 a.m., Seneca police officers responded to a call and discovered Clark lying in the doorway of one of the apartment units. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
