Richard Dennis Keese, aged 62, was tragically shot and killed on August 30, 2021, in Seneca, South Carolina. According to reports, Keese was found lying along Padgett Street in Seneca, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The Oconee County Coroner, Karl Addis, confirmed that Keese was discovered in front of the home where he was staying. The incident was reported to Oconee 911 around 11:50 p.m., and upon arrival, authorities found Keese deceased at the scene.
