On the evening of February 22, 2023, in Seneca, South Carolina, 62-year-old Ronnie Lee Cobb was fatally shot outside his apartment on East South Second Street. Responding officers found Cobb with a gunshot wound to the chest; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
