In the late summer of 2018, the quiet of a Seneca, South Carolina community was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the lives of two men. On the morning of September 10th, the sound of gunshots on Padgett Street prompted a 911 call. When authorities arrived, they discovered the bodies of 54-year-old Timothy Wayne Caldwell and 29-year-old David Thomas Tranah in the yard of a residence.
