On a Sunday evening in Seneca, South Carolina, a meeting between two young men ended in a fatal exchange of gunfire. Christopher Hunter Todd, a 20-year-old male from Pickens, was killed on November 8, 2020, succumbing to gunshot wounds to his chest at the scene on Tribble Street.
