Richard Drummond, a 47-year-old technical support supervisor for AT&T, was tragically murdered on August 23, 1994, near Kingdom City, Missouri. Drummond had stopped to assist Allen Nicklasson, Dennis Skillicorn, and Tim DeGraffenreid, whose car had broken down on Interstate 70.
