Frankie Decarlos Scott, a 43-year-old man from Lumberton, North Carolina, was found dead on December 10, 2021. He was discovered unresponsive inside a vehicle on Suggs Road in Lumberton. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 3 a.m. and confirmed his death. The case is being investigated by the Sheriff's Office's Homicide Division.
