David Terrell Mosley, a 40-year-old African American male, passed away on May 17, 2017, in Lumberton, North Carolina. His death was a result of a shooting incident that occurred on Oakgrove Church Road. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated by the Robeson County Sheriff's Office.
