Ryan F. Locklear, a 24-year-old male from Lumberton, NC, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2021. The incident occurred on Randy Street, where Ryan and another victim, Treyvon Mitchell, were found dead at the scene. Both victims were shot, and the authorities later discovered a third victim, Da'Vern Inman, who was also connected to the same shooting incident.
