Damarius Jaheim McCoy, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2022, in Lumberton, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the intersection of Starlite Drive and Kenny Biggs Road. Damarius was found suffering from a gunshot wound and was subsequently transported to UNC Southeastern Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
