Torrence Evans, a 25-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on September 25, 2016. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and heartbreaking. Torrence, affectionately known as "Baby Chub," was fatally shot in an incident that stemmed from a personal conflict.
