Marcus Neal, a 29-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2019. Neal was involved in a fatal incident outside the Brush Creek Community Center. According to reports, Neal and another individual, Cartez Seals, were at the community center to discuss an ongoing feud.
