Harlan K. Dunbar, aged 55, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2017, in Kansas City, Missouri. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred in the area of 7th and Norton Avenue. On that fateful day, Kansas City Police officers responded to reports of shots fired and found Dunbar suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries.
