On March 4, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police responded to reports of gunfire in the 1300 block of Highland Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old Orlando D. Taylor Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to a local hospital, Taylor succumbed to his injuries.
