Terrell "Rell" Bell, a 15-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 8, 2021. Terrell was shot and killed near Sycamore Park at East 109th Street and Sycamore Terrace. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. when officers responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Terrell with gunshot wounds, and he was subsequently transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
