Kelvin Paige, a 53-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on March 22, 2015. The incident occurred near 25th and Harrison, where Paige was found shot to death next to his wrecked vehicle. According to witnesses, a verbal confrontation between Paige and Christopher V. Perkins, aged 49, escalated into violence. Perkins approached Paige's Chevrolet Caprice and fired multiple shots into the vehicle, resulting in Paige's death.
