Sade Abdi, a 28-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically killed on June 8, 2019. The incident occurred near the intersection of Lexington and Brooklyn Avenues. According to reports, police were dispatched to the area around 9:15 p.m. following a call about gunshots. Upon arrival, officers discovered a vehicle parked near the entrance of an apartment complex with the driver-side door open.
