In the small town of Byron, Wyoming, a heart-wrenching story unfolded around a 7-year-old Caucasian girl named Olivia Blackmer. On February 10, 2025, Olivia's life was irrevocably altered when her mother, Tranyelle Harshman, 32, shot her and her three sisters in their family home.
