Christopher Andrew "Body" Hart, a 26-year-old White/Caucasian man, was fatally shot on July 26, 2013, inside his apartment on Locust Avenue in Clarksburg, West Virginia. His death became part of a quadruple homicide that unfolded during what investigators described as an attempt to collect a large drug debt. Todd Russell Amos was also killed inside Hart's residence, while Fred Swiger and his son, Freddie Swiger, were shot outside as they delivered newspapers along their regular route.
