Taylor Lane, a 21-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on October 11, 2016, during a home invasion. Taylor was a talented young exhibitor in the sport of purebred dogs, and her untimely death has left a significant void in her community. The incident also resulted in the death of Nathan Dieckmann, making it a double homicide. During the invasion, Taylor's beloved Doberman Pinscher, Audrey, was shot twice while attempting to protect her.
