On December 25, 2020, a tragic incident occurred in Saint Louis, Missouri, resulting in the deaths of 28-year-old Charese Garvin and her 23-month-old daughter, Alayah Butler. The mother and daughter were found shot to death in their home on Lakeside Lane in Spanish Lake during a welfare check conducted by the St. Louis County Police Department^2^.
