Franchelle Devon Harris, a 26-year-old resident of St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on August 9, 2013. The incident occurred on the 4200 block of East Kossuth Avenue in north St. Louis. On that fateful evening, around 8:45 p.m., Brian Jermon, another victim, answered a knock at the door. A male suspect immediately began firing shots, hitting both Jermon and Harris.
