Diamond Kennell, a 21-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on September 24, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near the intersection of Oregon Avenue and Itaska Street in the city's Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
