Genna Clements, a 42-year-old woman from Saint Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed on January 30, 2018. The incident occurred in the Mark Twain neighborhood, specifically in the 5300 block of Claxton Avenue. On that fateful day, officers responded to a call around 10:50 a.m. and found Clements shot inside a vehicle.
