On the evening of May 22, 2016, 21-year-old Brandi Hill was tragically shot and killed in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. Hill, a resident of O'Fallon and a 2013 graduate of Fort Zumwalt South High School, was driving east on Washington Avenue near 11th Street with her 9-month-old daughter and a friend when the incident occurred.
