Angela Kabugu, a 27-year-old woman from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on June 21, 2022. Angela, affectionately known as "Pooh Babi," was born on August 27, 1994, to African refugees Rosa J. Freitas and Francis K. Wambugu.
