Angela Kabugu, a 27-year-old woman from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on June 21, 2022. Angela, affectionately known as "Pooh Babi," was born on August 27, 1994, to African refugees Rosa J. Freitas and Francis K. Wambugu. She was the youngest of five daughters and was cherished by her family and community for her joyful and compassionate spirit.
