On July 25, 2023, 36-year-old Latoya Brown was fatally shot in her home located in the 10200 block of Ashbrook Drive in Bellefontaine Neighbors, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. Police responded to a call around 10:50 p.m. and found Brown inside the residence with apparent gunshot wounds. She was transported to a nearby hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
