In the summer of 2023, a life was tragically cut short in a quiet residential area of St. Louis County. Latoya Brown, a 36-year-old female, was fatally shot on the evening of July 25th in a home in Bellefontaine Neighbors. The incident unfolded in the 10200 block of Ashbrook Drive, where police were dispatched following reports of a shooting just before 11 p.m.
Upon their arrival, officers from the Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department discovered Brown inside the residence, suffering
