Robert A. Surratt, aged 41, was killed on August 2, 2011, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He passed away under tragic circumstances, adding to the concerning number of violent incidents in the city during that year. Robert was a long-time resident of Indianapolis, and his passing was a significant loss for his community. He was laid to rest following services held at the Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home - Peoples Chapel, with visitation on August 13, 2011, followed by burial at New Crown Cemetery.
