In a quiet neighborhood in Florissant, Missouri, a devastating scene was discovered on a Thursday afternoon in late March of 2018. Responding to a request for a welfare check at a home on East Duchesne, police officers entered the residence to find a family of three deceased. The victims were identified as 29-year-old Yolanda Novoa, her 31-year-old husband Giovanni Novoa, and their young daughter, 6-year-old Ylineh Novoa.
