In the quiet neighborhood of unincorporated north St. Louis County, the evening of January 12, 2026, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Inside her home on the 3700 block of Av de Paris Drive, 36-year-old Shana Mack, a female, was fatally wounded. Police responded to a call for a shooting at approximately 10:20 p.m. and found Ms. Mack deceased at the scene, having sustained at least one gunshot wound.
