On a late summer evening in Kansas City, Missouri, a dispute between two men escalated into a tragedy that claimed the lives of both. Cartez Monte Seals, a 28-year-old male, was fatally shot on August 25, 2019, outside the Brush Creek Community Center. Another man, Marcus Neal, 29, was also killed in the incident.
