In a tragic turn of events stemming from a family dispute, 63-year-old Frank S. Gilmore, a male, was shot and killed on Sunday, October 13, 2019, in Raytown, a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri. The incident, which unfolded in the front yard of a residence in the 8800 block of East 85th Street, was the culmination of a heated argument over a family dog.
