Demarco Harvey, a 20-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 23, 2006. Harvey was one of the victims in a shooting incident that occurred outside a Knights of Columbus hall. The shooting happened after a dance party had ended, with shots being fired into a crowd of people who were leaving the event. This violent act resulted in the deaths of Demarco Harvey and another young man, Nathan Buie, and left nine others injured, two of them critically.
