Victor Garrett, a 21-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2020. According to reports, Garrett was found dead inside a building near 99th and Walnut in South Kansas City. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 1:30 a.m., when police were called to the scene following a report of a shooting.
