On the evening of September 12, 2024, law enforcement officers in Kansas City, Missouri, were dispatched to the Oak Park Southwest neighborhood following reports of a disturbance. Around 8:30 p.m., police arrived at a residence located in the 4200 block of Agnes Avenue, where they discovered an unresponsive individual on the front porch.
