In the winter of 2023, the life of a Kansas City teenager was tragically cut short. On the evening of January 8th, 16-year-old Amir Moore, a Black/African American male, was fatally wounded in a shooting. The incident that led to his death is believed to have taken place in the 1600 block of East 77th Terrace.
