On April 12, 2024, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police responded to a shooting in the 1800 block of Hardesty Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found 38-year-old Pablo Rodriguez unresponsive in his vehicle, having sustained gunshot wounds. Preliminary investigations suggest that the shooting resulted from an altercation between Rodriguez and one or more individuals at the location. Rodriguez was transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
