Carlin Williams, a 20-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life in a shooting on July 17, 2022. The incident occurred early Sunday morning in the 4100 block of East 59th Street. Police responded to reports of gunshots around 5:45 a.m. and found two young men at the scene. Carlin Williams was discovered lying in a yard and was pronounced dead at the scene.
