Elvin Joseph, aged 44, was fatally shot on March 11, 2017, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred when Joseph was allegedly called over to a car by a neighbor. The assailant, identified as Brian Joseph Baker, reportedly beckoned Joseph to his vehicle, retrieved a firearm, and shot him multiple times.
