Dillon Hatcher, a 19-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 16, 2019. According to reports, Dillon was shot and killed while seated in the front passenger seat of a vehicle traveling on Blue Ridge Boulevard. The incident occurred at approximately 10:41 PM, and the Kansas City Police Department has been investigating the case as a homicide.
