In the late hours of a Monday evening in Kansas City, Missouri, a burst of violence shattered the night, leaving a man lifeless and a community searching for answers. On June 3, 2019, Kevin M. Allen, a 42-year-old male, was discovered shot to death inside his parked vehicle near the intersection of 39th and Wyandotte streets. The call came in to police at approximately 11:45 p.m., and upon their arrival, they found Mr. Allen in the driver's seat with a fatal gunshot wound.
