Kevin M. Allen, aged 43, was tragically found shot to death inside a vehicle on the night of June 3, 2019, near the intersection of 39th Street and Wyandotte Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. The police were called to the scene around 9:45 p.m. and discovered Allen suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
