A quiet Thursday morning in Kansas City was shattered by violence that left a community member dead. William Muse Jr., a 54-year-old male, was found with gunshot wounds just before 8 a.m. on September 1, 2022. The tragic discovery was made by police officers responding to a call in the 3000 block of Harrison Street. Emergency medical crews arrived at the scene, but it was too late to save him.
