Treon J. Librera, a 32-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2016. The incident occurred during a confrontation at an auto shop in Kansas City. According to reports, Treon entered the auto shop armed with a gun. A struggle ensued between Treon and the shop owner over control of the weapon. During the altercation, the shop owner managed to wrestle the gun away from Treon and subsequently shot him. The shop owner then called 911 to report the incident
