Treon J. Librera, a 32-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2016. The incident occurred during a confrontation at an auto shop in Kansas City. According to reports, Treon entered the auto shop armed with a gun. A struggle ensued between Treon and the shop owner over control of the weapon.
