On July 29, 2023, at approximately 7 p.m., 26-year-old Eligiah Lucas was found suffering from apparent gunshot wounds near the intersection of Green Mountain Drive and Rainwood Road in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was discovered at 11724 Rainwood Road, specifically at or near the EZ Market, and died at the scene from his injuries.
