In the early evening of January 6, 2023, the life of Kevin Rauls, a 20-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. Officers from the Southwest Division of the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to the 9400 block of Stagecoach Road around 6:40 p.m. following a report of a shooting.
