In the early hours of April 17, 2019, the sound of multiple gunshots shattered the quiet of a Little Rock neighborhood. When police responded to the 2400 block of Cross Street at approximately 1:18 a.m., they discovered a grim scene. Inside a white Chevrolet Suburban, 32-year-old Jose Castro, a male, was found deceased, having suffered from multiple gunshot wounds.
